- Vienna: 3,4 April 2017

AMATT Kick-Off Meeting, organized by Play Fair Code. During the Meeting, Partners had the possibility to discuss about the current framework of the contrast to match-fixing ant the goals of the project.

- Lisbon: 9 October 2017

Transparency International Portugal, within the framework of the Anti Match-Fixing Top Training (AMATT) project, has presented the study conducted on the perception and attitudes of Portuguese sportsmen on match fixing. The data presented correspond to the first phase of the project and result from the application of an anonymous and confidential questionnaire with the objective of generating an informative database that supports the understanding of the manipulation of results and the development of capable education / training programs to combat this problem effectively.

The perceptions of sports players are fundamental for understanding the phenomenon, namely its characteristics, particularities and main challenges.

Madrid: 6 April 2018

During the 3rd AMATT International Meeting, held in Madrid on 5 and 6 April, Transparency International Spain has organized the “Good governance, transparency and integrity in sports” Conference with the participation of relevant stakeholder from the sports world.

The great success of the meeting was also confirmed by the Spanish press.
